Cannabis Retail Sales Agent

Viridian Staffing's client is looking for Cannabis Retail Sales Agents for an exciting, fast paced cannabis dispensary in the Washington, D.C., area. You will need to be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will last 6-8 hours.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the original talent acquisition & human resources management firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis/hemp industry.

As a budtender, you will use your exceptional customer service skills and sales experience to drive sales growth at the dispensary. You are energetic, a team player and have the ability to build relationships quickly with your fellow employees and customers. Your enthusiastic knowledge about the cannabis plant and ability/willingness to learn new details quickly, gives you the ability to provide a great customer experience by providing customers with all information and resources available to help recommend the right product to best suit what they're looking for. You will bring with you retail sales experience, and your ability to ramp up on software systems, such as POS systems, quickly. Ideally, you'll be bringing with you experience working in a very customer focused retail environment, along with being agile and comfortable with a quickly changing environment. If you are an organized multitasker with great communication skills, always give 100%, and have proven your ability to use your cannabis and hemp knowledge to establish credibility & rapport with customers, building professional, long-term relationships with them, then this could be the right role for you.

Compensation: $20/hour + tip split
