Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

For the 2026-2027 school year, you'll work full time (40 hours per week) in a K-8th grade setting designed specifically to support students with autism spectrum disorders. With a caseload of approximately 50 students, you’ll provide both direct and consultative speech-language services as part of a dedicated team focused on creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting screenings, evaluations, and assessments to inform individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Delivering speech-language therapy to students one-on-one and in small groups, both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress and facilitate communication goals
• Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IEP meetings
• Staying up-to-date on emerging best practices in autism-focused interventions

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting, ideally with students on the autism spectrum
• Comfortable providing services via teletherapy alongside traditional in-person support
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
