Landscape Crew Leader

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will play a key role in guiding a dedicated crew, ensuring high standards on every project, and representing our company’s values on-site. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2–4 landscape technicians on daily job sites
• Plan and delegate daily tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and seasonal cleanups
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Safely drive crew truck and trailer to and from job sites
• Communicate job progress, site issues, and crew performance to management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Valid driver’s license and ability to tow a trailer
• Strong knowledge of turf care, plant health, and general horticultural practices
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Pesticide applicator license is a plus
