Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to compliance standards
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license and good standing in professional associations
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $226,000–$300,000 per year
- Bonus Structure: 30% of collections with $300,000+ earning potential
