Employment Associate Attorney (Hybrid)
Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team at one of the largest U.S. employment law firms. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-5+ years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage employment claims and restrictive covenant disputes
- Drafting and reviewing bonus and pay plans, employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, employment policies, and counseling support for HR clients
- Provide legal advice and representation to various clients
- Research legal issues prepare and file briefs, motions, and other necessary judicial pleadings xrczosw
- Participate in case management including strategy development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active license to practice law in Arizona
- Minimum 2-5+ of experience in lab and employment law
