We’re currently seeking a warehouse associate whose primary role will be fulfilling orders, inventory control, and restocking. Other duties include but are not limited to reviewing orders, loading, unloading, item selection, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and cleanup. Must be a self starter, able to work independently, reading/writing and basic computer skills required. This position will be reporting directly to the warehouse manager.

Qualification:

• At least 18 years old

• Basic computer skills for system transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to read small printed labels
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/experience
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Pallet jack experience is a plus but not required
• Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Pick, pack, and stage inventory
• Receive and process incoming shipments
• Ensure order accuracy and quality standards
• Package, process, and transfer product
• Lift up to 50+ lbs occasionally
• Performs general warehouse duties as assigned, including but not limited to will-call selection, returns, breaking down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving
• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep the warehouse area, loading dock clear and clean
• This position reports to the Warehouse manager

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel
• Climb up and down stairs
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills for counting and verification
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Employment Eligibility: Must be able to provide proof of identity and authorization to work in the U.S. (e.g., Social Security Card, Passport, etc.) upon hire.
• Valid Driver’s License: A current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for this position.
