Vaco has partnered with an exciting company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst in Tempe, Arizona!
This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly visible role supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making across multiple areas of the organization. Senior Financial Analyst
$90,000–$110,000 base salary bonus (depending on experience)
Tempe, AZ (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Responsibilities include:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for multiple areas of the business.
• Analyze monthly financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Develop financial models and business analyses to support growth initiatives, investments, and operational planning.
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Prepare presentations and reporting materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, data quality, and business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Required).
• 3 years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related experience (Required).
• Advanced Excel skills (Required).
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry (Preferred).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools (Preferred).
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and management reporting (Preferred).
