Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Scottsdale, AZ. We are looking for a Seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integration Specialist to bolster our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have profound expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a demonstrated history of integrating Salesforce with other platforms. This role will play a pivotal part in optimizing our marketing strategies, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Platform Integration :
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms, ensuring seamless data synchronization and process flow.
• Work closely with the IT and Marketing departments to understand integration needs and provide efficient solutions.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management :
• Set up, configure, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments.
• Build and manage customer journeys, email campaigns, and other marketing automations.
• Technical Troubleshooting :
• Diagnose and resolve any issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or its integrations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce support and other vendors as needed.
• Data Management :
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Implement data cleansing routines, deduplication processes, and segmentation logic.
• Documentation & Training :
• Develop and maintain documentation on integration processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Train marketing team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and best practices.
• Stay Updated :
• Remain current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, updates, and best practices.
• Recommend system enhancements and optimizations to improve marketing efficiency and campaign results.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• 2-4 years for experience in Salesforce, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and more.
• Proven track record in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms, such as CRM systems, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
• Proficient in API integrations, AMPscript, SQL, and other related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
