Help Desk Representative

Do you have 6 months to 1 year of RECENT Call Center experience and escalated/supervisory experience? Are you completely comortable with $19/hr on a WEEKLY basis? Can you start next week, potentially 2/3/2026? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!!! Important NOTE: This is in office in Phoenix, not remote* Client class to start 2/3/2026! Hours: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm! MUST HAVES IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED: -Must be in good standing with Randstad -Must have a minimum of 6 months of RECENT call center experience within the last 4 years

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, peers, and management through written and verbal communication.
• Ability to deal with varied and often difficult personalities.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.

salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex inquiries from callers and contact center agents.
• Take ownership of calls escalating beyond contact center agents.
• Identify and escalate unscripted issues to the resource team.
• Manage escalations log to ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide general assistance with calls in down time as needed.
