What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized station before, during, and after every shift.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Work efficiently during high-volume services while maintaining quality.
• Communicate with fellow cooks, expos, and managers to keep service running smoothly.
• Help receive, rotate, and properly store deliveries.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.

• Is dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
