Job Title: Rough Clean Operator (3rd Shift)
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Training Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (First 2 Weeks)

Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role with opportunities to grow? We are currently hiring Rough Clean Operators to join our team on 3rd shift. What You’ll Do

• Clean and process metal components to prepare them for final production
• Remove excess material, debris, and imperfections using tools and equipment
• Operate machinery such as grinders, sandblasters, and cutting tools
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Sort and organize parts based on specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support other departments as needed after training

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to learn
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
