Experienced Dealer Service Advisor – Full‑Time
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as a Dealer Service Advisor
Job Summary
Bell Ford is seeking a highly experienced Dealer Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Service Advisor experience within a dealership environment, be customer‑focused, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
As an Experienced Dealer Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, transparency, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk‑in and scheduled service customers
- Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions
- Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
- Work closely with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines
- Deliver timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status
- Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and records
- Stay informed on current promotions, service packages, and attachment opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready workspace
- Uphold Bell Ford’s commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Service Advisor experience at a dealership
- Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and repair services
- Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume service environment
