Job Title: IT Equipment & Digital Support Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: Up to $27.59
Schedule: Onsite | 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Environment: Warehouse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Equipment & Digital Support Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role serves as a vital liaison between the business and digital support teams, ensuring smooth IT equipment distribution, inventory management, and resolution of chronic technical issues impacting business operations. This is an onsite role requiring hands-on inventory work in a warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Support Escalation & Issue Resolution:

• Serve as the primary escalation point for chronic and recurring digital issues.

• Collaborate closely with the digital team to investigate and identify root causes.

• Track and analyze ongoing technical issues to pinpoint gaps affecting business continuity.

• Maintain regular meetings with the digital team to follow through on resolutions.

• Collect feedback from Customer Service Managers (CSMs) to support issue management.

IT Equipment Inventory & Distribution:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of computer equipment (CE) across the organization.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&LD to ensure timely distribution to new hires.

• Monitor and process CE requests for replacements or new hires, both onsite and remote.

• Coordinate with CE Supervisors and HR on equipment returns and escalations for non-returns.

• Organize, secure, and manage physical inventory at the Camelback location.

• Facilitate equipment transfers between Camelback and Union Hills as needed.

• Oversee e-waste removal in line with company protocols.

• Maintain thorough records of all equipment checkouts and returns.

Ordering & Procurement Support:

• Work closely with CE Finance to forecast equipment needs and place timely orders.

• Submit detailed expense reports and track spending history.

• Recommend improvements in equipment processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and make informed decisions quickly.

• Strong sense of urgency and business acumen.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Must be able to travel between local sites
