Strategic Sourcing Manager

LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Strategic Sourcing Manage r to sit out of their Scottsdale office! This company has provided years of service in their industry to many of our well-known and loved convenience brands.

This position offers high visibility, close partnership with senior procurement and supply chain leadership, and the opportunity to directly influence sourcing strategy and supplier performance across indirect spend categories.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes across assigned categories
• Perform advanced Excel-based analysis to develop sourcing insights, recommendations, and strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Category Leads to define requirements and negotiate favorable commercial terms
• Evaluate current suppliers and identify new vendor opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, tools, and best practices
• Support and evolve sourcing strategies using data, analytics, and emerging AI-driven tools

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience
• Proven ability to run full sourcing cycles (RFP/RFI/RFQ) independently
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs required)
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
• Experience driving process improvements

The compensation range for this role is $75-80/hr.
