Line Cook - Full time weekdays only (Dayshifts)

Essential Functions:

• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Confer with the manager on duty about the prep list to determine the requirements of the day.
• Follow company recipes and procedures when preparing or cooking food.
• Work in a clean, efficient, and organized manner.
• Audit kitchen checks to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and appearance.
• Assist with controlling costs and waste.
• Observe good sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain a sense of ownership with respect to kitchen equipment.
• Work effectively and professionally with other departments of the restaurant.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and clean-up work as required.
• Other duties requested by management.

1. Must be able to move/transport a weight of 25lbs

2. Must be able to remain stationary for a period of 8 hours

3. The associate must be able to effectively communicate

4. Sometimes will work in extreme cold (freezer) and be exposed to high heat (oven/flat-top)
