Staff Accountant

Position: Staff Accountant

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to provide accounting services and financial reporting for high-net-worth individuals and related entities. This role is responsible for financial reporting, tax calculations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Bill.com .

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain general ledger accounting and perform account reconciliations.
• Calculate estimated taxes and prepare tax-related schedules and workpapers.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor payments through Bill.com .
• Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements.
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
• Support high-net-worth clients with multi-entity accounting and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably supporting high-net-worth clients or multiple entities.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Bill.com .
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax calculations, AP, AR, and payroll processing.
