The Logistics Coordinator supports daily operations within the warehouse and repair department by ensuring efficient organization, accurate handling of shipments, and timely coordination of deliveries. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting repair workflows, and assisting with logistics planning both internally and with external vendors. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the repair department and warehouse team in maintaining organization and workflow efficiency
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments in designated warehouse bin locations
- Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups, including transporting items when required
- Manage delivery and drop-off logistics for repair items to and from external vendors
- Track shipments and ensure timely movement of goods between departments and locations
- Assist with inventory organization and basic tracking as needed
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (if deliveries are required)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 50 lbs)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication and problem-solving skills
- Reports directly to the Logistics Manager
