Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available at an elementary school setting in Chandler, AZ. This contract role supports elementary resource services and is scheduled for the current school year (CSY) with an ASAP start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all special education regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support personnel to promote inclusive learning environments

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for elementary education
• Experience working with elementary students in a special education setting
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, assessment methods, and instructional strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere
