KTS Enterprise is hiring Diesel Mechanic Apprentices, and we want you!

Job Summary
The Apprentice Program is designed to help employees with little or no mechanical background develop the skills needed to become full Diesel Technicians within our company. No tools or prior experience are required—just a strong desire to learn, follow instructions, and take pride in producing quality work.

As an Apprentice, you’ll be paired with experienced technicians and progressively assigned tasks: first working alongside a technician, then under a supervisor’s guidance, and eventually completing jobs independently. Your progress will be closely monitored and evaluated.

The faster you master each task with high performance, the sooner you can earn raises and advance to the role of a full Diesel Technician.

Who we are…
KTS Enterprise is a locally owned and operated mobile diesel repair shop servicing the greater Phoenix metro area. We specialize in servicing medium to large diesel-powered units, flatbeds, box trucks, day cabs, and trailers. We are a bumper-to-bumper repair facility, performing most repairs in the field while our shops are heavy and A/C focused (clutch jobs, A/C system repairs, suspension, etc.). We work on a wide variety of units. It’s extremely rewarding and never gets old.
