OnTarget is hiring Spotters to support daily operations on a large-scale semiconductor construction project.

Pay Rate : $20 to $25 per hour

Shift : 1st 4:30am -2:30pm Monday to Saturday

(10 to 12hr shifts, subject to change based on construction needs)

Responsibilities:

· Act as a safety spotter for equipment, lifts, and work crews

· Maintain clear communication with operators and site personnel

· Monitor work areas to ensure safety compliance and hazard awareness

· Stop work if unsafe conditions are observed

Requirements:

· Construction site experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)

· Strong attention to safety and communication

· Able to stand and walk for extended periods 10-to-12-hour shifts

· Able to pass background check, drug test and E-Verify

· OSHA 10 Certification preferred (but will also provide onsite certification)

· Complete Onsite Safety training (4 to 6 hour paid training)
