Four 8 Fried Chicken Wagon is in Old Town Cottonwood; it features a southwestern twist on hot chicken that is made to order.
Job Title: Cook
- At least 1 year of cooking experience required
- Food truck experience preferred
- Prepare and cook food orders accurately and efficiently, including both in-person and online orders
- Ring up customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Package and plate orders to meet taste, quality, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and work areas
- Complete shift closing reports and follow all cash-handling procedures
