Job Description

The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating a Crown Reach Truck to move, store, retrieve, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.

This position utilizes RF scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to accurately pick customer orders, perform inventory transactions, and support receiving, replenishment, and shipping operations. The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy while meeting established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Crown Reach Truck to retrieve, transport, store, and replenish inventory within warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management system (WMS) instructions.
• Transport materials to designated staging, packing, shipping, and storage locations.
• Perform inventory transactions using RF scanning equipment.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and locations during picking and replenishment activities.
• Replenish pick locations from reserve storage as directed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and material handling procedures.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report equipment damage, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards.
• Follow established warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and location verifications as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work effectively with pickers, packers, forklift operators, and warehouse leadership to meet operational requirements.
• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Experience operating a Reach Truck or similar material handling equipment preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certification as required. Physical

Requirements Qualification

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently enter and exit material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to work at elevated heights while operating warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
