A well-established and highly respected dental laboratory in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Ceramist to join its team. Known for producing high-quality, aesthetic restorations, this lab is committed to craftsmanship, innovation, and precision in dental prosthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate high-quality dental restorations including crowns, bridges, and veneers using ceramic layering and other techniques.
• Replicate natural tooth aesthetics with attention to detail in texture, shape, and shade matching.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accuracy in case planning and execution.
• Follow strict quality control and production standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dental Lab Ceramist is required — this is not an entry-level role.
• Strong skills in ceramic layering, shade matching, and natural tooth replication.
• Ability to produce consistent, aesthetic, and functional restorations.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and digital workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Relocation Requirement:

• Candidates must be seriously committed to relocating to the Phoenix/Tempe area.
