Plumbologist, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to deliver high-quality plumbing services in Tucson, AZ.

Position Summary

The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial plumbing systems with a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. This role requires independent job execution while ensuring work meets applicable codes and industry standards.

As a full-time onsite team member, you will handle diagnostics, troubleshoot plumbing issues, complete repairs or installations, and ensure systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related components according to job specifications and safety standards

• Diagnose plumbing problems, determine appropriate solutions, and complete work efficiently and accurately

• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and technical instructions to execute tasks correctly

• Perform pressure tests, inspections, and system checks to confirm proper operation and compliance

• Maintain job site organization and communicate clearly with team members and customers regarding progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman-level plumbing experience with demonstrated ability to work independently

• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform repairs or installations accurately

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, proper installation practices, and relevant building codes

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to support onsite work in Tucson, AZ

• Commitment to job site safety, professional workmanship, and timely completion of assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on residential and commercial plumbing projects

• Experience interpreting drawings and technical documentation to support field installations

• Demonstrated experience ensuring fixtures and systems are installed for longevity, performance, and compliance

• Strong customer communication skills and a service-oriented work approach

Compensation

Hourly rate: $28.00 - $38.00
