Maintenance Manager
A prominent manufacturing company in the Phoenix area is seeking a Manufacturing Manager. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing maintenance and reliability functions. The role ensures reliabilty, safety, and optimal performance of all production and facility equipment while supporting continuous improvement efforts. This is a high priority hire, salaried in the $130K+ range! location: Phoenix, Arizona

- Lead maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production, support, and facility equipment
- Develop and maintain a proactive maintenance program that improves equipment reliability and reduces unplanned downtime
