Engineer
An Engineer for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Chandler, AZ area. This role is focused on transferring, validating, and optimizing production workflows through CAD design, BOM management, and process testing to ensure cost-effective and safe manufacturing. location: Chandler, Arizona

salary: $60.71 - 67.14 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Design and validate manufacturing processes being transitioned to new production locations.
- Specify precise product functional requirements to ensure operational consistency.
- Design, test, and integrate manufacturing processes and specialized fixtures.
- Evaluate process effectiveness, total cost, long-term reliability, and operator safety.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive process validation plans.
- Create and review detailed material part specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Collaborate with internal partners, contract manufacturers, and designers to optimize Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
- Utilize CAD or CAE systems to review and modify existing engineering drawings and designs.
- Apply professional judgment and expertise to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Apply a solid understanding of engineering procedures and concepts to solve practical problems.
- Make technical decisions based on established practices and previous academic or field experience.
