What You'll Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, directing diagnostic procedures, and crafting personalized care pathways
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic medical conditions independently or in tandem with collaborating physicians
• Providing education to patients and families about prevention, wellness, and effective disease management strategies
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your professional scope

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
