Remote Bookkeeper
Job Description
NGL Transportation is seeking a Remote Bookkeeper to join our team. As an Asset-based Logistics Service Provider, NGL Transportation offers end-to-end logistics services to a variety of global clients. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Bookkeeper to work remotely and contribute to our growing company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Communicate with team members and vendors to resolve any financial discrepancies
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience working in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
