Responsibilities

Your Daily Impact & Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members, providing expert guidance across a diverse suite of active and legacy financial products.
• Guide customers through complex topics such as tax implications, penalties/surrender charges, death benefit protection, lifetime income, and capital preservation.
• Strictly adhere to all internal policies, plan documents, state/local laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain documentation of customer conversations to support our core strategy of knowing our members better.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of professional experience in customer service, sales, or a closely related client-facing occupation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with high proficiency in computers and standard office software.
