Position Overview:
Courtesy Chevrolet, a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of stock records, replenishing inventory levels, and facilitating the efficient flow of parts to meet the needs of our service technicians and customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a well-stocked and organized parts department will contribute to the overall success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders, restock pick bins, and sort and receive merchandise.
• Stock the shelves of the warehouse with goods.
• Keep all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and clearly labeled.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Prepare orders for shipment or pickup by customers.
• Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding stock levels and orders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18+ years old.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to use parts department computer system and calculator.
• Physical stamina.
• Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
