Lead Teacher – Early Childhood Education
Location: Queen Creek, AZ
Pay: $17.50 – $22.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Schedule: No evenings or weekends

We’re hiring a Lead Teacher in Queen Creek, AZ to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
What You’ll Do
- Lead classroom instruction and curriculum aligned with Arizona Early Learning Standards
- Ensure safety, supervision, and well-being of all children
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a structured, nurturing classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians
- Partner with families to support each child’s growth and development
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6+ months experience in a licensed childcare center (REQUIRED)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Must meet Arizona state childcare licensing requirements
