We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth front desk operations and delivering a top-tier experience to everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members in a professional and courteous manner

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

• Handle document filing, data entry, and basic administrative tasks

• Coordinate deliveries and incoming mail

• Support internal departments with front-desk-related needs

• Ensure security procedures are followed for all guests and visitors

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Previous experience in reception, administrative, or front desk roles (1-2 years minimum)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure under pressure
