Position Summary:

We're seeking an Accounting Clerk with a solid foundation in invoicing, general journal entries, payroll, and cash applications. In this role, you'll help strengthen our financial operations by ensuring accuracy, streamlining processes, and supporting key accounting functions as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post recurring journal entries in the general ledger

• Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist with month-end close

• Process customer invoices and manage accounts receivable follow-up

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices and payments

• Support payroll processing and related journal entries

• Assist with audit documentation and internal control compliance

• Identify and support process improvements within the accounting function

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2–5 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
