Strip & Etch Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Sunday through Wednesday from 06:00am to 06:00pm )

• Operate strip and etch cleaning equipment
• Inspect materials, components, or products for surface defects
• Load and unload material and dispense corrosive liquids into process tanks (Hydrofluoric acid, Sulfuric Acid, Nitric Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Isopropanol, Hydrogen Peroxide)
• Calculate etching time based on thickness of material to be removed from wafers
• Clean semiconductor wafers using cleaning equipment, such as chemical baths

Strip & Etch Production Associate Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of semiconductor materials and manufacturing processes (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts if needed.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, data entry systems).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
