The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director - USA based to provide strategic and technical leadership across product development, engineering, and service delivery. This pivotal role will ensure the company's solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of clients in the mineral processing sector while driving innovation, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to engineering and technical teams.

• Oversee product design, development, and lifecycle management for mineral processing equipment.

• Ensure compliance with international engineering standards, safety regulations, and sustainability requirements.

• Partner with sales and business development teams to deliver client-focused technical solutions.

• Drive innovation in equipment design and process optimization to maintain market leadership.

• Manage budgets, resources, and technical project timelines effectively.

• Act as a technical authority and ambassador with clients, industry bodies, and partners.

About You

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Proven track record in a senior engineering or technical leadership role within the mineral processing sector

• Strong knowledge of mineral processing technologies, equipment design, and plant operations.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams and deliver complex projects.

• Commercial awareness with the ability to bridge technical expertise and business needs.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
