Lead Preschool Teacher

Summary

EXPERIENCED TEACHERS COME JOIN OUR AWESOME PRESCHOOL TEAM!
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6+ MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN A LICENSED EARLY CHILDHOOD FACILITY.
$15-$17/HR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION!
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM TO 6:00 PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
MUST HAVE A VALID FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD BEFORE STARTING

Duties

• Set up classroom materials or equipment.
• Provide for basic needs of children.
• Teach life skills.
• Establish rules or policies governing student behavior.
• Read to students.
• Plan educational activities.
• Monitor student behavior, social development, and health.
• Discuss student progress with parents or guardians.
• Maintain student records.
• Update parents using ProCare Family Engagement App.
• Must maintain a professional manner and attitude.
• Must dress professionally.
• Must maintain a professional classroom setting for students and families.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 6 months classroom experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Food Handlers Card.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Desire to teach in a Christian environment.
• Knowledge of Quality First and Licensing regulations.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be flexible with hours.
