The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have 3+ years of proven success as a buyer’s agent or real estate sales professional.

• Have an ACTIVE AZ Real Estate License.

• Be self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful — someone who thrives in a boutique setting with autonomy.

• Understand the buy-sell-invest cycle and be passionate about educating clients at every step.

• Be excited to work untapped lead sources, follow up consistently, and convert renters into buyers and buyers into investors.

• Enjoy collaborating in a team where your voice matters and your growth is supported.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide clients through the full buying process — from discovery to closing.

• Leverage CRM and lead conversion systems to actively manage and convert warm and hot leads.

• Participate in training, market updates, and business development planning.

• Provide exceptional client service before, during, and after the transaction.

• Help identify and support clients interested in property investment or transitioning into landlordship.
