PeopleReady is now hiring Event Workers for the Arizona Renaissance Festival in Gold Canyon, AZ!
The Arizona Renaissance Festival is an immersive, medieval-themed event featuring live entertainment, artisan markets, games, jousting, food & beverage vendors, and interactive experiences throughout the Festival Village. As an Event Worker, you'll play an important role in helping guests enjoy an unforgettable event experience from start to finish. Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16.50 - $16.50 / hour*

Available Shifts:

Saturdays & Sundays from Late January through the end of March!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests with a welcoming and friendly attitude
• Verify and scan tickets or assist with entry procedures
• Provide information about Festival activities, schedules, and locations
• Help manage crowds and direct guests throughout the event grounds
• Assist with event operations such as food & beverage support, crowd flow, or vendor coordination
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
• Report any issues, safety concerns, or discrepancies to supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of the venue layout, including seating arrangements and exits
• Able to work various shifts, weekends, possibly holidays and late nights
• Food Handlers Card
• Background Check Required
