Summary:

Join the One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) as a Family Nurse Practitioner and provide world-class, evidence-based virtual medical care. You'll collaborate with your primary care team and utilize advanced technology to deliver exceptional patient care 24/7. We're guided by intellectual curiosity, inclusiveness, and a mission to transform healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients through tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities
• Collaborate daily with virtual and in-office teammates
• Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care

Qualifications:

• Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification
• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine within the last 5 years
• Current licensure in AZ or CA with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including alternating weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Current shift available from 1pm-12am PST with an alternating week schedule
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Passion for human-centered primary care and the ability to provide care to diverse populations
• Proficiency in using technology for high-quality care delivery
• Openness to feedback and an eagerness to improve
• Adaptability in uncertain situations

The role is full-time and virtual, offering a base hourly range of $59.10 to $65.50, plus differentials for evening and weekend shifts. Compensation is determined based on experience and schedule. Explore more at One Medical Careers.
