Production Engineer

Are you an engineer with a passion for manufacturing, project management, and continuous improvement? Join a growing team as a Production Engineer and play a key role in driving production efficiency, leading engineering initiatives, and supporting innovative energy storage solutions. | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Saturdays as needed)

What You'll Do:

Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning through execution
Improve manufacturing processes, quality, efficiency, and sustainability
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Support the development of new products, technologies, and production methods
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Management teams to achieve operational goals
Identify and solve technical issues to improve performance and reduce waste
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What We're Looking For :

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Engineering Management or Technology Management is a plus)

✔ 1+ years of engineering, manufacturing, or product development experience
✔ Strong project management and problem-solving skills

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

✔ Experience in process improvement and production optimization

Additional Skills

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Battery Pack or ESS (Energy Storage System) manufacturing
Knowledge of BMS (Battery Management Systems) and PCS (Power Conversion Systems)
Experience working with global customers or international compliance requirements
Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, ISO, or similar certifications
