Tenet Healthcare is proud to partner with a private surgical practice in Tucson, AZ, to recruit a full-time General Surgeon with a passion for robotic surgery and trauma care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative environment supported by advanced technology and a respected regional hospital.

Position Highlights

• Full-time role within an established private practice

• Balanced practice: Approximately 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, averaging 50+ hours per week

• Call: 7–14 call shifts per month during the initial practice-building phase, including rotating weekends as needed

• Advanced technology: Access to Da Vinci Xi and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

• Experience or strong interest in robotic surgery and trauma

• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
