Our curriculum is designed to nurture young minds through a rich tapestry of language, art, music, and cultural experiences. We're seeking an inspiring teacher to lead our afterschool program, driving student engagement and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver exciting after-school activities that foster intellectual curiosity and creativity.
• Establish a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting positive relationships among students.
• Monitor student behavior, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
• Encourage teamwork and social responsibility among students, fostering respect and empathy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive program excellence and student achievement.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behavior.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Stay current with best practices in after-school education, pursuing opportunities for professional growth.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Fingerprint Card
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• First Aid Certification (Preferred)

Previous experience in a school setting, preferably in a licensed early childhood education center, is a plus. We also value candidates with experience teaching in a Montessori classroom or in a lead teaching role.

• Experience teaching in a Montessori classroom is a strong asset.
• At least one year of experience in a lead teaching role is preferred.
