Experienced Manufacturing Production Operator

Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay: $18.00/hr | Weekly Pay

Ascend Staffing is hiring experienced Manufacturing Production Operators to join a stable, growing team in Southeast Tucson.

What Youll Do

• Operate and maintain molding and production line equipment

• Load raw materials into machinery

• Assemble products and monitor production flow

• Perform basic quality and testing checks

• Properly store finished goods and materials in the warehouse

Shift Schedule

• Shift 1:

  • Wednesday: 6:00 AM 12:00 PM

  • Sunday-Tuesday: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience as a Manufacturing Production Operator or Molding/Production Assembler, with plastic injection molding experience

• Ability to pass a hair follicle drug screen and background check

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to read and understand production documents and safety procedures

• Comfortable working in a team-based manufacturing environment

• Basic math, communication skills, and physical dexterity

• Reliable and available for shift work
