Travel Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility (Pediatric Population)

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Lake Havasu, Arizona, working primarily with a pediatric population. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT passionate about pediatric care, offering competitive pay, consistent hours, and the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Assignment Details
- 13-week travel contract
- 36 hours per week

Compensation
- $64–$70/hour, based on experience
- Weekly pay available
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to children in a SNF setting
- Track progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Accurately document treatments and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support optimal development and mobility
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Pediatric experience required or strongly preferred
- SNF experience a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to start ASAP
