Fuze HR is proud to partner with a local leading drywall company in Tempe,AZ , in the search for a Drywall Estimator. This direct hire role offers a competitive annual salary of $70,000–$110,000 based on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Drywall Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing cost estimates for metal stud framing and drywall projects, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure competitive and precise bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for drywall and metal stud framing projects
• Prepare accurate and competitive bid proposals using estimating software
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Maintain organized records of estimates and bid documents
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience using On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid software
• Must have at least 2 years of experience estimating metal stud framing and drywall projects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience,401K, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability Insurance, Training, Paid Time Off and Growth Opportunities
• Bonus opportunities tied to Quarterly SMART Goals, paid out the month following the end of each quarter (up to $5,000 total annually)
• End-of-year discretionary profit sharing based on performance, ranging from $2,000 to $10,000
• Relocation assistance may be considered for candidates who meet the qualifications and are not local to the area.

Schedule:

• Initial schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (first 90 days)
• After 90 days: flexible start times as early as 5:00 AM
