Senior Home Health Aide - Fill-In Coverage + Guaranteed 40 Hours

Tired of chasing hours or being locked into one long-term case? Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced Home Health Aide or CNA for a full-time floating role with 40 hours guaranteed every week .

This position supports our clients across all service areas by covering call-outs, vacations, and cancellations . You are the safety net that keeps care running smoothly.

🏡 In the Field:

• Provide personal care, companionship, and mobility assistance

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping

• Ensure client safety and report any changes in condition

• Travel between towns as scheduled (mileage reimbursed)

🗂️ Office & Team Support (as needed):

• Communicate with scheduling and office staff

• Assist with documentation and updates in our EMR system

• Support smooth transitions for new or temporary client coverage

This is not a desk-only role. Field work remains the primary focus.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Active HHA certification OR CNA license

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)

• Comfortable traveling across multiple towns

• Strong communication skills and basic computer comfort

• Dependable, organized, and adaptable
