Paralegal
We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience to become a part of our growing team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' and assist in family law litigation from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.
Responsibilities
- Review and draft Family Law legal documents
- Create and maintain case files
- Obtain, review and organize case discovery
- Monitor assigned cases and work with attorney to ensure compliance with deadlines and hearings.
Qualifications
- Experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
- Ability to prioritize and multitask xrczosw
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
