Customer Care Representative
We are a growing manufacturing company based in Wisconsin with a facility in the Casa Grande, AZ area that offers its employees a great company culture, competitive benefits, and an to learn the entire manufacturing process from order generation through production.

- We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative who is willing to help out the production team when needed. The pay range is based on experience.

- 1-3 years sales experience, Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, and Mac computers
- Time Management and good written, oral communication, and basic math skills
- Answering customer phone calls and emails
- Providing material quotes and processing customer orders
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Monthly goals and objectives for service goals
- Cold calls and follow up calls to expand business
- Assisting the Production Team as needed.
