This role involves meeting with business owners and decision-makers to offer our suite of supplemental insurance products and services. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your assigned sales territory. Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries via email and phone Schedule and conduct client meetings to assess needs Build and maintain relationships with local businesses Generate new leads through cold calling and networking Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals Collaborate with team members and managers as needed Maintain accurate records of sales activities Compensation and Benefits: A competitive weekly draw pay with commission and bonuses from the start. Access to quarterly and annual incentives such as trips, cash bonuses, and stock options. Short sales cycle, typically less than 3 business days. CRM and classroom and field training.
