We provide a personalized, 1-on-1 patient experience , support specialty areas, and dedicate time for clinicians to work at an expert level.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN candidates are welcome, with student loan repayment , continuing education support, and flexible schedules available.

What You’ll Do

• Treat a general orthopedic caseload in a one-on-one setting

• Provide customized treatment plans tailored to each patient

• Build expertise in your specialty area with ongoing support

• Deliver care in a boutique, patient-centered environment

• Enjoy manageable scheduling with 40-minute patient visits

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

• PRN rate: $55 per hour

• Student Loan Repayment: $5,000/year for full-time

• Health stipend, 2 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays

• $1,500 per year for CEUs, with protected time for learning

• Customized benefits packages based on individual needs

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Requirements

• Active AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• 1 year of outpatient ortho experience required

• Dry Needling certification preferred

• Open to all experience levels with full-time, part-time, or PRN availability
